This Privacy Policy describes how Quantum AI Platform ("Quantum AI", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of individuals who visit the website at quantum-ai.com.in, open an account, or use any of our mobile or web applications ("Services"). Personal data means any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify a natural person.

By using the Services you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the Services. Specific aspects of data processing — for example, KYC verification — are governed by additional terms presented at the relevant point of the user journey.

2. Data We Collect

When you open an account we collect: full name, email address, mobile number, country of residence, and the standard identity documents required for KYC verification (typically PAN and a proof of address). For some onboarding flows we also collect a live selfie used solely for biometric matching against the submitted identity document.

When you use the Services we collect technical data necessary for delivery: IP address, user-agent, device identifiers, language and timezone, login timestamps, and feature interaction logs. We also collect data necessary for the financial functioning of the platform: trading parameters you configure, transaction history, deposit and withdrawal events, and tax-relevant artifacts.

3. Why We Collect It

We process personal data to deliver and improve the Services, verify identity for legal and anti-money-laundering compliance, authenticate access, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate operationally with you about your account, fulfil legal obligations under applicable tax and financial regulations, and conduct internal analytics for product improvement.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use personal data for behavioural advertising. Marketing communications are sent only with consent and can be revoked at any time through the in-app preferences or by writing to our team.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We share personal data with regulated KYC providers for the purpose of identity verification, with partner brokers for the purpose of executing trades and holding client funds, with payment service providers for deposit and withdrawal flows, and with infrastructure providers (hosting, monitoring, security) under contracts that include confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We disclose personal data to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities only where required by a valid legal process or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quantum AI, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver the Services and to comply with our legal obligations. KYC artifacts are retained for the duration required by applicable AML regulation. Trade records are retained for the standard period required for tax and audit purposes. Marketing preferences are retained until you revoke consent.

When the retention period for a category of data ends, that data is deleted or anonymized through documented procedures. Anonymized aggregates may be retained for analytics, since they are no longer personal data under applicable definitions.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion subject to applicable legal retention obligations, to export your data in a portable format, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies and do not participate in advertising networks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through email and through an in-app notice at least thirty days before the new version takes effect. The current version is always available at this URL with the last-updated date at the top.
